ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Freddy Ponce appeals from a district court order denying the motion to withdraw guilty plea he filed on September 2, 2013, and the supplemental postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus he filed on June 2, 2015. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Michael Villani, Judge.

Ponce's counsel has filed a notice of voluntary withdrawal of this appeal. Counsel advises this court he has informed Ponce of the legal consequences of voluntarily withdrawing this appeal, including Ponce cannot hereafter seek to reinstate this appeal, and any issues that were or could have been brought in this appeal are forever waived. Having been so informed, Ponce consents to a voluntary dismissal of this appeal. Cause appearing, we
