Before the Court is R. Stephen Polley's March 8, 2024 (1) Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 24.4 motion to review the trial court's rulings on motion to fix supersedeas bond and (2) motion for temporary relief. In his Rule 24.4 motion, he seeks review of the trial court's ruling denying him the right to supersede both the injunctive relief and the money judgment and in setting a counter-bond.
We GRANT the motion for temporary relief to the extent that we STAY any proceedings in the trial court to enforce the injunction or collection of the money judgment pending disposition of the motion to review.
We also request that appellee file a response, if any, to the motion to review by March 15, 2024.
