Decision Pursuant to Rule 1:28.
The order dated September 24, 2003, denying the husband's motion to partially vacate the September 17, 1976, divorce judgment is affirmed. The judgment on the complaint for contempt dated May 20, 2004, and the orders contained therein, are affirmed. The order dated September 24, 2003, denying the wife's motion for partial reconsideration or clarification of the judgment on the complaint for contempt is affirmed. The order dated July 26, 2004, denying the husband's motion pursuant to Mass.R.Civ.P. 52(b) and 59(e), and for other relief is affirmed.
