An order of this Court having been entered on March 24, 2022 (M-2022-00690/00691) granting petitioner leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeals taken from orders of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about September 16, 2021 (Case No. 2022-00714) and on or about August 13, 2021 (Case No. 2022-00591), and assigning Larry S. Bachner, Esq., as counsel for petitioner to prosecute the appeals, And assigned counsel having moved to withdraw as counsel for petitioner-appellant or, in the alternative, to be permitted to serve and file an appellant's brief in the form annexed to the moving papers (M-2022-02136/M-2022-02137), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is

Ordered that the motions are granted to the extent of relieving Larry Bachner, Esq., as counsel petitioner, Polina S., for the purposes of prosecuting the aforesaid appeals and is otherwise denied. Petitioner-appellant's time to perfect the aforesaid appeals is extended to the December 2022 Term of this Court.
