COA: 232080, WCAC: 99-000601

By order of July 2, 2002, the application for leave to appeal from the April 10, 2001 decision of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in Daniel v. Department of Corrections (Docket No. 120460). On order of the Court, the decision in Daniel having been issued on March 26, 2003, 468 Mich. ___ (2003), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
