Before the Court is appellant's June 23, 2023 unopposed motion to establish briefing deadlines. We GRANT the motion as follows. The reporter's record remains incomplete. In a June 15, 2023 letter addressed to Vielica Dobbins, Official Court Reporter for the 193rd Judicial District Court, appellant requested the reporter's record from nine additional hearings. Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Dobbins to file the additional reporter's records on or before July 26, 2023. Appellant's brief on the merits will be due thirty days after the additional reporter's records are filed.
