ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 8, 2024, in New York, New York.

On March 18, 2024, the Court held an informal conference call with the parties. Respondent requested this case to be continued with jurisdiction retained, and set on a status report track. Petitioner did not object to that request. The parties both indicated an anticipated two-to-three day trial if this case proceeds to trial.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, sua sponte, this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 8, 2024, in New York, New York and continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 18, 2024, that parties shall file with the Court a further status report or another appropriate motion.
