B288362 Second Appellate District, Div. 4

Petition for review granted; transferred to Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Four, with directions to issue an order to show cause

The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Four. That court is ordered to vacate its March 2, 2009, order summarily denying the petition for writ of prohibition and is directed to issue an order to show cause returnable before that court. The Los Angeles Superior Court is to be ordered to show cause, when the matter is placed on calendar, why petitioner's motion to dismiss should not be granted. The return is to be filed on or before June 18, 2018.
