On August 28, 2023, the parties filed a First Stipulation of Facts. The Stipulation states that "[t]he parties hereby stipulate and agree that for the purposes of this case the following statements may be accepted as facts and all exhibits referred to herein and attached hereto." However, the exhibits are not attached to the Stipulation.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the First Stipulation of Facts, filed August 28, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before, September 8, 2023, the parties shall file a Stipulation of Facts with the exhibits attached thereto.
