ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a status conference will be held on November 4, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) before the Honorable Larry M. Boyle, Chief United States Magistrate Judge via telephone conference, for the purpose of scheduling further proceedings. In the event the parties are unable to agree on the time, location and nature of any further proceedings, i.e., whether the hearing will be conducted by telephone or in-person, the Court will make a determination at that time.
IT IS FURTHER HEREBY ORDERED that the Temporary Restraining Order entered by Judge Don L. Harding on October 10, 2003 in Bannock County Case No. CV-03-4962-OC is hereby extended and shall remain in full force and effect until further order of this Court.
