This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, remote trial session. By Order served January 11, 2022, the case was stricken from the Court's January 24, 2022, remote trial session, and the parties were directed to file a joint report or a stipulated decision document on or before March 25, 2022.

On March 25, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 38) informing the Court that the parties had resolved all issues in the case and that respondent needed additional time to provide petitioners' counsel computations and a stipulated decision document. By Order served March 29, 2022, the parties were directed to file a joint report describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document on or before May 31, 2022.

On May 31, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 40) requesting additional time in which to provide counsel for petitioners the computations and a decision document. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before July 7, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
