In re Planned Parenthood of LA.; — Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of East Baton Rouge, Nineteenth Judicial District Court, Div. "A", No. 370917; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. CW91 1647.

Denied.

MARCUS and DENNIS, JJ., would grant. There does not appear to have been any legal or evidentiary basis for the trial court's indefinite postponement of this litigation. It is this Court's duty to enforce and uphold art. 1, section 22 of our State Constitution, which provides that all courts shall be open and every person shall have an adequate remedy without denial, partiality, or unreasonable delay.

COLE, J., would grant the writ.
