ORDER GRANTING THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF NURSE PRACTITIONERS IN WOMEN'S HEALTH, THE AMERICAL COLLEGE OF NURSE-MIDWIVES, THE AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PHYSICIAN ASSOCIATIONS AND THE ASSOCIATION OF PHYSICIAN ASSOCIATES IN OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY'S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO PARTICIPATE AS AMICUS CURIAE

Upon unopposed motion of The National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health ("NPWH"), the American College of Nurse-Midwives ("ACNM"), the American Academy of Physician Associates ("AAPA"), and the Association of Physician Associates in Obstetrics and Gynecology's ("APAOG") for leave to participate as an amicus curiae in the above-captioned matter, and good cause appearing therefrom,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that NPWH, ACNM, AAPA and APAOG's motion is GRANTED. NPWH, ACNM, AAPA and APAOG's shall file their amicus brief by on or before February 5, 2024.
