In an action to recover damages for the death of the plaintiff's intestate allegedly resulting from negligence of defendants in the operation of an automobile in which intestate was a passenger, order setting aside the verdict for $1,891.22 in favor of plaintiff, unless the defendants stipulate to increase same to $5,000, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
