Pitts v. Child. and Fam

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
May 25, 2007
956 So. 2d 1253 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2007)

Opinion

No. 1D05-5915.

May 25, 2007.

An appeal from an order of the Florida Department of Children and Families.

Brian Pitts, pro se, Appellant.

Keith J. Ganobsik, Assistant SunCoast Region Legal Counsel, Department of Children and Family Services, Largo, for Appellee.

We find that the hearing officer's findings of fact are supported by competent, substantial evidence and that her conclusions of law are consistent with the statutes and administrative rules applicable to penalties for failure to comply with Florida's Food Stamp Employment and Training work requirements. The final order is therefore AFFIRMED.

BARFIELD, WOLF, and VAN NORTWICK, JJ., concur.
