ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

By Order served October 22, 2021, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee. To date, petitioner has failed to comply with the Court's Order. On August 10, 2022, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the filing fee was not paid.

On August 22, 2022, petitioner filed a blank Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. Petitioner has not demonstrated financial inability to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied.
