ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge.

This case was set for trial at a date and time certain of February 7, 2023, at 10:00a.m., at the Court's Chicago, Illinois trial session commencing on February 6, 2023. The case was called and trial commenced on February 7, 2023, petitioner Samuel Pintilie appeared pro se and counsel for respondent Stanislaw Balazia appeared and the parties were heard. At the request of the parties, the record in this case was kept open and further trial was held on February 8, 2023. On February 8, 2023, the parties informed the Court that a basis of settlement had been reached and a stipulation of settled issues was read into the record. Based on the representations of the parties that a basis of settlement had been reached, the Court reserved its ruling and ordered a proposed stipulated decision be filed on or before March 27, 2023. Despite continued status reports from the parties, to date no proposed stipulated decision has been filed with the Court by the parties herein.

On September 29, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision, requesting that the Court enter a decision consistent with the agreement of the parties reached on the record in open Court on February 8, 2023. Considering the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on or before October 27, 2023, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision.
