Appeals having been taken from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 05, 2021 (Case No. 2021-01838), April 16, 2021 (Case No. 2021-01839), October 26, 2020 (Case No. 2021-01840) and October 26, 2020 (Case No, 2021-08141, And defendant-appellant Rolta India Ltd. having moved, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken from the orders entered on or about March 05, 2021 (Case No. 2021-01838) (M-2022-00080) and April 16, 2021 (Case No. 2021-01839) (M-2022-00081), and, upon vacatur, for an extension of time to perfect same
And defendants-appellants Rolta India Ltd., Rolta U.K. Ltd., Rolta Middle East FZ-LLC and Rolta Global B.V. having moved, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken from the orders entered on or October 26, 2020 (Case Nos. 2021-01840/2021--1841) (M-2022-00082/00083), and, upon vacatur, for an extension of time to perfect same, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motions are granted to the extent of vacating the dismissals, and upon vacatur, extending appellants-movants' time to perfect the four appeals (Case Nos. 2021-01838, 2021-01839, 2021-01840 and 2021-01841) to the June 2022 Term.
