ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's March 14, 2022, Houston, Texas remote trial session. On February 22, 2022, respondent filed a status report indicating that a basis for settlement had been reached and only needed more time to file the decision document. On February 25, 2022, the Court served an Order granting the parties until April 1, 2022, to a file either a stipulated decision or a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. On April 4, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision document. This was filed past the Court's ordered deadline. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before May 4, 2022, the parties shall show cause in writing why the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision document was filed out of time on April 4, 2022.
