DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application for assignment of counsel to respondent STEVEN PIKE is granted. Rebecca L. Fox, Esq., 22 US Oval, Suite 115, Plattsburgh, NY 12903, assigned to represent respondent upon this appeal pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, and it is further

ORDERED that counsel's time to file responding brief is extended to April 23, 2018.
