ORDER
Albert G. Lauber, Judge.
By Order dated April 11, 2023, these cases were set for trial at a special session of the Court beginning November 4, 2024, in Atlanta, Georgia. In that Order, the Court noted that "[t]he parties may file at their convenience a motion or joint status report proposing a pre-trial schedule." On April 26, 2023, respondent filed a status report representing that "[t]he parties have not yet been able to negotiate a pretrial scheduling order."
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before May 31, 2023, a joint status report (or an appropriate motion) proposing an agreed-upon pre-trial schedule. If the parties cannot agree on a pre-trial schedule, the parties by May 31, 2023, shall propose separate pre-trial schedules, and the Court will choose between them.
