September 7, 1983.

Non-final appeal from Circuit Court, Broward County; Gene Fischer, Judge.

Stephen H. Butter of Abamson Butter, Chartered, Miami, for appellant.

Michael A. Nuzzo, Miami, for appellee.

We have carefully considered appellant's contentions regarding her entitlement to a modification awarding her either further rehabilitative alimony or permanent alimony and her entitlement to attorney's fees for this proceeding and find substantial competent evidence in the record to support the findings and rulings of the trial court.

Accordingly, the order appealed from is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
