          ORDER

          KIMBERLY J. MUELLER, District Judge.

         In an order filed by this court on March 26, 2015 (ECF No. 2), a status conference was set for July 30, 2015. There was no appearance for plaintiff by his counsel of record Peter Samuel at the conference.

         Accordingly, Mr. Samuel is ordered to show cause within fourteen days of this order, why he should not be sanctioned in the amount of $250.00 for failing to appear.
