Order unanimously reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with leave to the defendant-respondent to answer the amended complaint within ten days after service of order on payment of said costs, and to plead the Statute of Limitations as an affirmative defense in its answer. No opinion.
