This is a companion suit to Phillips v. Hartford Accident Indemnity Co., 325 So.2d 638 (La.App. 1 Cir. 1976), and which involves the identical issues therein decided.

For reasons therein stated, the judgment appealed from in this case is affirmed, at plaintiff's cost.

Affirmed.
