Stimmler, also known as Gerald J. Stimmler, Sr., Ruth P. Stimmler, and Gerald J. Stimmler, Jr. Decree affirmed; reargument refused February 16, 1971.

Equity. Before SLOANE, J.

Preliminary objections by defendant dismissed. Defendant appealed.
