On June 16, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion to Change Place of Trial to Las Vegas, Nevada. On August 10, 2022, respondent filed a response to the Court's order and objected to the granting of petitioner's motion. On August 17, 2022, petitioner filed a reply to respondent's response.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Change Place of Trial is no longer assigned to Special Trial Judge Diana L. Leyden for disposition and this case is restored to the general docket. It is further
ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Change Place of Trial is granted and the designated place of trial in this case is changed from New York City, New York, to Las Vegas, Nevada. 1
