TINH NGOC PHAN, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Tinh Ngoc Phan appeals from an order of the district court granting a motion for the withdrawal of counsel and denying a "motion to be granted ninety-four days credit for time spend in Clark County Detention Center," Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Jacqueline M. Bluth, Judge.

Because no statute or court rule permits an appeal from the aforementioned order, we lack jurisdiction. See Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990). Accordingly, we

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
