ORDER
By order dated June 25, 2004, the court ordered the parties to this action to notify the court by letter, on or before July 26, 2004, of (1) the status of the defendant's bankruptcy and (2) whether the plaintiff intends to prosecute this action further. Doc # 4. No response having been received, this action is DISMISSED. The clerk is directed to close the file.
