The petition for review is hereby dismissed on the Court's own motion based on petitioner's failure to timely submit the filing fee in accordance with this Court's order dated October 30, 2008. Any and all other petitions, motions and requests for relief pending in this case are hereby denied as moot. No motion challenging this Order (i.e., motions for rehearing, reinstatement, or reconsideration, etc.) will be entertained by the Court.
