Please take notice that upon the Annexed Affidavit or Affirmation of JAMES PETTUS, Sworn to or Affirmed 5.30 05 and upon the complaint Herein, Plaintiff will move this Court Hon. Kaplan, U.S.D.J. United States COURT HOUSE on the 5 Day of June, 2005 at 12 Noon or as soon thereafter as counsel can be Heard, for an order pursuant to Rule ____ of the Fed.R.C.Procedure granting order to incorporate attached Documents into the Pleadings in further support that the "People" take me to trial for the greater offense, of First Degree, within the Grand Jury indicates me for the lesser offense, They should not be Allowed, and corrected immediately.
