An order of the New York State Court of Appeals having been entered on December 17, 2019, transferring to this Court the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about June 05, 2019,
And plaintiff-appellant having moved, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of the appeal and, upon reinstatement, for an extension of time in which to perfect said appeal, and for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
