Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 15, 2021. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order as directed the appellant to pay sanctions to the respondent is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
