On November 28, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. On December 1, 2022, the Court served an Order on petitioner instructing him to respond in writing to respondent's Motion. On December 13, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision document.

Upon due consideration it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed November 28, 2022, is denied as moot.
