Affirmed. Peterson v. Peterson, 431 So.2d 672 (Fla. 3d DCA 1983).


By this affirmance we do not decide whether appellant will be estopped to seek, by separate action, reimbursement for cost of improvements made to the realty during the period of his life estate — an issue which was not before the court in the trial of this action.
