Before the Court is the parties' mediated settlement agreement indicating all claims and controversies in the above-numbered cause have been settled. Pursuant to the terms of the parties' agreement, this appeal is DISMISSED, and this cause is REMANDED to the trial court for entry of an amended qualified domestic relations order.
