ORDER
Appellees have filed a motion for extension of time to file their brief. Appellees have also requested a supplemental clerk's record containing Defendant's Traditional and No Evidence Motion for Summary Judgment that was filed in the trial court on February 27, 2015.
We grant the motion for extension of time, and order appellees' brief due February 8, 2016.
We further order the Bexar County District Clerk to file the requested supplemental record by January 11, 2016.
