ORDER

MAURICE B. FOLEY CHIEF JUDGE

The petition in this case was filed on March 8, 2021. On July 7, 2021, respondent filed his Answer to the petition. On March 4, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. Petitioners seek review of the notice of deficiency dated February 16, 2021, issued to them for tax year 2018.

An examination of the record in this case discloses that record does not include a complete copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioners for 2018 upon which this case is base. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 31, 2022, respondent shall file a Response to this order and attach thereto. a complete copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioner for 2018 upon which this case is based.
