George Peters, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. Stelios Coutsodontis, Defendant-Respondent, General Maritime Enterprises Corporation, et al., Defendants.


An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 18, 2016, and said appeal having been perfected, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for leave to file a supplemental record in connection with the aforesaid appeal to include the memorandum in support of plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and in opposition to defendant-respondent's motion for summary judgment, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, and plaintiff-appellant is directed to file the original and eight copies of the supplemental record on appeal, in the form attached to the moving papers, within seven days after the date of the entry of this order.
