ORDER

This case was calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled for October 13, 2020, for cases in which New York, New York, was the place of trial. On October 8, 2020, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance. By Order dated October 8, 2020, the Court granted petitioner's Motion for Continuance filed October 8, 2020, this case was stricken for trial from the October 13, 2020, New York, New York, remote session of the Court, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On August 18, 2021, the parties filed a status report.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is no longer retained by the undersigned and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition in due course.
