Flores, under appointment by the Court of Appeal, for Defendant and Appellant. No appearance for Plaintiff and Respondent.

____________________

This is the second appeal filed in this dependency case by appellant Veronica R., mother of dependent minors Emma O. and V.F. For the reasons that follow, the appeal is dismissed as moot.

In the previous appeal, No. B276006, we affirmed the jurisdictional and dispositional orders as to both children. While that appeal was pending, the juvenile court granted mother custody of both children, and, on October 31, 2016, terminated jurisdiction. The juvenile court issued a brief stay of the termination order while custody orders were being prepared. ~(CT 124)~ Once they were prepared, the court lifted its stay on November 23, 2016.

Mother filed the present appeal on December 7, 2016, seeking to correct an error in the November 23, 2016 order. On the same day, the juvenile court issued a corrective order. We were advised by mother of the corrective order, and, on January 18, 2017, granted her request to take judicial notice of that order.

In her opening brief, filed on March 6, 2017, mother stated she would pursue her B276006 appeal without raising any new issues in the present appeal. On April 18, 2017, we issued our unpublished opinion in the B276006 appeal, which is now final. As all outstanding issues have been resolved, the present appeal is dismissed as moot.

DISPOSITION

The appeal is dismissed as moot.
