White, 02-857 (La.App. 3 Cir. 2/12/03); 846 So.2d 771, the judgment of the trial court in favor of Heidi Perry and against Matthew White and Luhr Brothers, Inc. is affirmed. Costs of this appeal are assessed to Defendants-Appellants, Matthew White and Luhr Brothers, Inc.
