ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a district court order affirming a justice court order. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Kathleen E. Delaney, Judge.

Appellant failed to respond to our November 19, 2010, order to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, which pointed out that the district court has final appellate jurisdiction over cases arising in justice courts. Nev. Const. art. 6, § 6 ; Tripp v. City of Sparks, 92 Nev. 362, 550 P.2d 419 (1976) ; Waugh v. Casazza, 85 Nev. 520, 521, 458 P.2d 359, 360 (1969). As appellant failed to demonstrate that this court has jurisdiction over this appeal, we

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
