In this family law matter, appellant seeks to appeal the trial court's October 23, 2018 non-final order denying appellant's Emergency Motion to File Grievance Against the Guardian ad Litem. Since the challenged order is not included in Rule 9.130(a)(3)(C)(iii)'s schedule of appealable non-final orders in family law matters, we dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
