In an action to recover damages for an alleged breach of an employment contract by defendant, as employer, defendant appeals from an order denying its motion for summary judgment to dismiss one of two causes of action set forth in the complaint. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
