Equity. Before TAKIFF, J. Decree nisi entered dismissing plaintiff's complaint with prejudice. Plaintiff's exceptions to adjudication affirmed in part and dismissed in part and final decree entered. Plaintiff appealed. Appeal, No. 2328, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1975, No. 4613. Argued September 12, 1977.
