Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Spear, J., rendered judgment of strict foreclosure; thereafter, the court, Thim, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for a deficiency judgment against the named defendant et al., and the named defendant et al. appealed to this court. Affirmed.

James A. Miller, Jr., pro se, with whom, on the brief, was Joyce R. Miller, pro se, the appellants (named defendant et al.).
