In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Zapada, case No. 1-15-3134 (03/29/19). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Robinson, 2020 IL 123849, on the issue of whether defendant presented a colorable claim of actual innocence.
