Appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court, rendered July 17, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew within 30 days upon a showing of entitlement to a vacatur of dismissal pursuant to the Rules of the Appellate Division, All Departments (22 NYCRR) §1250.1(c).
