Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Christopher S. Young sworn to October 11, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Geoffrey Kaeuper, Esq. dated October 25, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the order entered November 12, 2013 is vacated, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Christopher Young is hereby directed to file the notice of appeal in accordance with CPL 460.10 on or before December 20, 2013.
